Keeping in the spirit of inclusivity and cultural exchange, Georgetown University's South Asian Society is one of the university's most active cultural organizations. The South Asian Society seeks to raise awareness of South Asia culture, ideas, and issue through cultural dialogue, academic panels, and charity events. Rangila, the largest event of the fall semester, has aimed to fulfill these goals for twenty-three years.

This fall, over 500 dancers will showcase a variety of South Asian dance styles on Gaston Stage.

All proceeds from the show will benefit Lend-A-Hand India, a nonprofit focused on teaching vocational educational skills to and providing career development resources for the youth in poor communities across the country.
